Mix the cracker crumbs with half a cup of white sugar and the melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of one 9 or 10 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese with the eggs and egg yolks; mix until the mixture gets soft. Afterwards, add the rest of the white sugar, the flour and the heavy whipping cream. Blend until smooth in order to obtain the cheese cake filling; pour in the cake filling over the cracker crumbs mixture.
Bake the whole cake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then turn down the oven to 200 degrees and keep on baking it for an hour or until the filling is set.
Finally, let the cheese cake cool and refrigerate it. You could decorate the cake with strawberries or raspberries on the top and serve.
